Nepal Airlines Launches International Ticket Booking Service via Phone Call

Nepal Airlines has introduced a new phone-based booking and ticketing service for international flights, making it easier for passengers to reserve and purchase tickets without visiting a ticketing office.

The service came into effect on July 27, 2026 (11 Shrawan 2083). Passengers can now call +977-1-5718538 during office hours to inquire about seat availability, fares, and complete the booking process.

According to the airline, passengers will need to provide the required travel documents, including their passport and visa details. Nepal Airlines will then send a QR code to the passenger's mobile phone for ticket payment. Once the payment is completed, the ticket will be delivered electronically to the passenger's personal device.

The new service complements the airline's existing booking options through its sales counters, official website, and mobile app, offering greater convenience and accessibility for international travelers.
