Three photographs by Nepali photojournalist Sushil Shrestha have been selected for the prestigious Moments Collective – Palaio Faliro Athens Riviera Photo Festival 2026, which will be held in Athens, Greece.

According to the festival organizers, Shrestha’s photographs were selected from submissions received from photographers around the world. The international exhibition is jointly organized by Moments Collective and the Municipality of Palaio Faliro, Greece.
The festival is scheduled to take place from September 4 to 13, 2026, at the Palaio Faliro City Hall Cultural Venue. The selected photographs will be professionally printed on Fujifilm photo paper and displayed during the exhibition.

Organizers have set a participation fee of €167.40, which includes €135 for a set of three photographs and 24% VAT. Selected participants are required to complete the payment within seven days and submit high-resolution image files along with proof of payment.

Expressing his excitement, Shrestha said the exhibition provides a valuable opportunity to showcase Nepal’s breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and tourism potential before an international audience. He also expressed hope that organizations such as the Nepal Tourism Board and other relevant stakeholders would support Nepali photographers in representing the country at global events.

The organizers further stated that all participating photographers will receive a digital certificate of participation after the exhibition. The selected photographs will also be featured on the festival’s official website and social media platforms.
The international selection is another proud achievement for Nepali photography and highlights the growing recognition of Nepal’s visual storytelling on the global stage.
